GuateRide does not intend to collect unnecessary sensitive medical information.

4. Booking and Payment Providers

Direct online bookings may be processed using Tab and associated payment services or other booking/payment providers used by GuateRide.

These providers may receive information necessary to process bookings and payments and may process such information according to their own privacy policies.

Where card information is entered directly into a third-party payment environment, GuateRide does not receive or store the complete payment card details.

Bookings made through Viator, Tripadvisor, or other third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms' privacy practices.

Our website is built and hosted using Squarespace.

Squarespace may process technical and usage information necessary to host, secure, operate, and analyze the website.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Where appropriate, marketing use of identifiable photographs or video taken during a tour will be based on separate permission.

Declining marketing-image consent will not prevent you from participating in a GuateRide tour.
